- You will receive an email with a link, by clicking on which, you can open your private booking page. There you can find a summary of your transfer: the page will be updated constantly with the current status of the reservation.
- You will find EMERGENCY number by clicking on the link mentioned above, and also you can send a SMS to the driver ONLY in case of delays, flight cancellation or other unforeseen causes. This number will appear on the booking page and it will be emailed 48 hours before the trip. For bookings made less than 48 hours in advance, we suggest you buy the notification number by SMS in order to receive the emergency number on your phone.
- Clients are the sole responsible for any information they enter in the form (phone numbers, addresses, number of passengers and baggage, arrival and departure flight times, any connection problems they may have with their mobile phones). In the event that any of these points are not respected, Taxileader.net will have the right to charge the full amount of the service on the card, applying its terms and conditions.
- For cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before travelling, send a SMS to the EMERGENCY telephone number with your reservation code number: Terms and conditions must always be strictly observed. We remind you that any changes communicated less than 24 hours before the transfer service are always subject to availability.
- For cancellations or changes made more than 24 hours before the trip please contact us on this page: //www.taxileader.net/1-contact-us.html, please enter your reservation code plus any data you wish to modify. For Saturday, Sunday and Monday transfer services you can do this only before 3pm on Friday.
- To visualize the requested changes click on the link we sent you and check the list. When requiring an amendment without disclosing all the information, a member of our customer service will get in touch with you by email or phone, but this will bring considerable delays.
- Recommendations: The following recommendations are standard both for customers picked up at the airport and not.
- Your phone must be switched on at the hour in which the transfer has been requested: the transport Company may contact you ;
- If, when arriving at the airport you do not see the driver, please do not move from the arrivals’ door. The driver could be near and in any case, you can call him or send him an sms ;
- If the plane arrives earlier, please wait for the driver at the arrivals’ door. He will arrive 5 or 10 minutes after the expected landing time.
- We remember only to customers who have booked a round trip, that the confirmation mail you will get is valid for both services.

- Remember: if you forget to cancel, if you do not show up, or you do not act accordingly to our Terms and Conditions policy, we are allowed to charge your credit card with the full amount of the service.
