To book your service, please complete the online form and process your payment using one of our three available methods: credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
Once your booking is submitted, you will receive an automated email acknowledging your request. You will then receive a formal booking confirmation within a few hours.
Shortly before your scheduled service, we will send a final confirmation email including the contact details for your driver.
If the pick-up is at the airport, the driver will be easily recognizable as he will be waiting at the terminal’s gate corresponding to your flight, with a sign displaying the name and surname entered by the customer during the booking process. Should the customer have problems finding their driver, please contact them directly on the number received by email and SMS.
Yes, the taxi service is available 24 hours a day, any day of the year. The booking service via the online form is available 24/7. To know more about the customer service availability click here. Note: confirmed bookings and travel agencies have access to a 24-hour helpline
In the online form, the customer is asked for the exact take-off time of the flight, after which the pick-up time will automatically appear. The customer need to make sure to take into account any delay such as traffic jam, check-in time or Customs. Should the customer delay the pick-up time, he/she will be held solely responsible for any loss or damage.
Yes, it is possible. To receive the invoice, the customer must have select the option during their booking process. The invoice will be available from 3 days after the last service. The invoice will be sent by email and can be downloaded by the customer after registering on Taxileader.net.
We do our very best to ensure that customers are not subject to a penalty. But in some extreme cases, the customer can be subject to additional fees. We will do our best to provide the customer with their receipt so that they can claim it to their airline. We invite you to read the 'Terms and Conditions' of the service for more information.
The driver in charge of the service will be waiting for the customer at the terminal gate, corresponding to the customer flight, with a sign displaying the customer's name and surname, entered during the booking process.
During the booking process, the customer has the option of selecting the driver's language. We do our best to respect this option, however Taxileader.net cannot guarantee this service 100%, as it is subject to availability. However, please note that the customer will receive the driver's telephone number therefore will have the possibility to send online translatable messages to the driver which will make the communication easier. In case of any problem, the customer can contact customer service Monday to Friday to 8am to 4pm.
The taxi service offered by Taxileader.net is private. However, in some specific cities such as Paris, we do offer a shuttle service. The customer can easily find this out when booking as the private taxi service is only accessible by filling in the booking form.
Children car seats are available, although not mandatory, in a taxi. Please note that in some European cities, the maximum number of car seats that can fit in a standard 4-seater cars, is one.
The customer has to register in order to be able to change any detail from their booking. They need to use the same email address as the one use to book. The customer can make changes up to 24h. To manage bookings, click here.

Extra fees for a night trip can be apply depending on your destination and hours. If It is the case, the fee will appear clearly during the booking process. No hidden fees will be added.
